Tried to pay and the stupid payment page froze on me twice. After that nonsense, I just gave up. What a clown show...

I thought the website looked really clean, and it was easy to click around and find stuff!! The product photos looked nice, and I liked that the layout was simple without feeling confusing... A few pages did feel a little empty to me, maybe like they could use a bit more info or something?? But overall, it looks good, not messy, and I’d give it 4 stars!!

I had to return an item because the size didn’t work for me, and the return itself was easy. My refund came through after a few days, so that part was fine. Support was okay, but they were slower than I expected, and I would’ve appreciated a quick apology for the delay.

I expected this to help with my back, but after using it for a few days, I felt worse instead of better. The shape feels awkward to me and doesn’t really give the support I thought it would. I’m not sure how it’s supposed to be ergonomic, because it just wasn’t comfortable at all...

I get that delays can happen, but my order showed up late and the tracking barely updated the whole time. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect clearer info when you’re waiting on something, so yeah, it was frustrating.

The price seemed fair, which is why I gave it a try in the first place. But when the product arrived, it just felt kind of average to me, and I was a bit confused because I expected it to be maybe a little better than some of the cheaper ones I’ve seen around.
